What is the cost of IMa Suite?
We have a carefully structured process that considers several factors about your individual set up and onboarding needs. We establish with you your wants and needs, and we will be able to quote you accurately, including any bespoke feature requirements you may have.
One thing is for sure, having IMa Suite will bring so much value and improvements to your business, you will be glad you called us when you did.
Do you help with stock checks and initial upload of our Data?
The Short answer is yes; we can.
We will set up your system and demonstrate multiple efficient methods of uploading your data and information into IMa Suite. (That's part of the normal onboarding process).
We are happy to quote for assisting you with initial stock checks and stock management for your current stock management if required.
Don't worry, this we will discuss in some detail during your set up discussions.
Is IMa available in other languages?
IMa Suite is currently in English Only. If there is a need for another language, we are happy to discuss that with you.
What is the time frame for us to be up and running?
We have an efficient process that helps get you up and running pretty quickly.
Our onboarding process is straight forward and simple enough to follow, so it comes down to your readiness, available data and dedication to the onboarding process.
A company's size and volume influences time a little, but again we have a process for you to follow, making it a simple and enjoyable process.
What if I accidentally delete something?
It is hard to delete items Accidently but Never Say Never! IMa Suite has a full history of actions made in the system, including the Who, What, Where, and when. If that accidental event occurs, it can be tracked and traced and recovered. Should there be deliberate deletion, the same applies! That's what we call transparency & accountability.
How do we train our team in using IMa Suite?
Our onboarding process is simple & effective, even when a company has a different consideration for some of their team.
We have many ways of getting your whole team through the onboarding process, including higher-level training for Key members of your team and training methods for those in remote locations.
We work closely with you, getting the right people trained at the right level.
What about our team members that work remotely, on site and overseas
IMa Suite enables everyone, wherever they are, even using a mobile phone if that's how they function.
